  2. Need for industries in the world.
  3. Agro based industries.
  4. Factors related to establishment of an industry.
  5. Important industries of the world: Iron and Steel, Cotton Textile, Information Technology, fishing; important centres of these industries.
  6. Pollution due to industries and its prevention.

Theme 5: Study of Continents – Europe, Africa, Australia, Antarctica
