- Division of a line segment in a given ratio (Internally): The division of a line segment in a given ratio is based on the Basic Proportionality Theorem.
- Construction of a Triangle similar to a given triangle: By the knowledge of similar triangles and division of a line segment in a given ratio, we can construct a triangle similar to a given triangle.
- Construction of Tangents to a circle: By the knowledge of tangents to a circle (learnt in chapter ‘Circles’), we can construct the tangents to the circle.
- Construction should be neat and clean and as per scale given in question.
- Steps of construction should be provided only to those questions where it is mentioned.
