उत्तर: पक्षी उन्मुक्त रहकर खुले आकाश में उड़ना चाहते है। वह नदी का बहता हुआ जल पीना चाहते है, प्रकृति के सुन्दर रूप का आनन्द लेना चाहते है और नीम की कड़वी निबोरिया खाना चाहते है। वे पेड़ की ऊँची टहनियों पर भी झूला झूलना चाहते है।

3. भाव स्पष्ट कीजिए-

या तो क्षितिज मिलन बन जाता या तनती साँसों की डोरी।

उत्तर: इस पंकित में कवि पक्षियों के माध्यम से कहना चाहता है कि वो आजाद पक्षी होते तो क्षितिज जहाँ धरती और आकाश मिलते है, से मिल जाना चाहते है। पक्षी आकाश में उड़ना चाहते हैं चाहे उनकी सांसों की डोरी टूट जाए भाव इसमें चाहे उनके प्राण चले जाएं।

4. कई लोग पक्षी पालते हैं

(क) पक्षियों को पालना उचित है अथवा नहीं? अपने विचार लिखिए।

उत्तर: क) हमारे ख्याल से पक्षियों को पिंजरे में बंद करना उचित नहीं। क्योंकि पक्षी उन्मुक्त होकर खुले आकाश में पंख फैलाकर उड़ना चाहते हैं और नदियों का शीतल जल पीना चाहते हैं, पेड़ की सबसे ऊँची टाहनी पर झूलना चाहते है। पिंजरे में पक्षियों को सारी सुख सुविधा हो लेकिन उड़न उनमें उमंग और प्रसन्नता भर देती है।

(ख) क्या आपने या आपकी जानकारी में किसी ने कभी कोई पक्षी पाला है? उसकी देखरेख किस प्रकार की जाती होगी, लिखिए।

उत्तर: ख)अगले पक्षी ने अपना सिर उठाया। प्रदर्शनी से खरीदा। हर दिन घर की सफाई करते हुए पूरे परिवार ने उन्हें बड़े प्यार से प्यार किया। एक कटोरी में तरह-तरह के बर्तन थे और दूसरे में पानी पीने के लिए। मेरे पड़ोसी ने बैरो से घंटों बात की और उसे पार्क में ले आए। तोते के पास उसके परिवार के सभी सदस्यों के नाम थे लेकिन तोते ने उसके दिल का भारी खाना खा लिया। जैसे ही हम अपने बगल के घर के पास पहुंचे उसने हमें आत्मविश्वास से देखा।

5. पक्षियों को पिंजरे में बंद करने से केवल उनकी आज़ादी का हनन ही नहीं होता, अपितु पर्यावरण भी प्रभावित होता है। इस विषय पर दस पंक्तियों में अपने विचार लिखिए।

उत्तर: अगर हम पक्षियों को पिंजरे में बंद रखेगें तो इससे हमारे पर्यावरण पर भी प्रभाव पड़ता है। पक्षी छोटे छोटे कीड़ों को खाते हैं जिससे उनकी संख्या नियमित होती है।  ये कीड़े हमारी फसल को नुकसान पहुँच सकते हैं। पक्षि पर्यावरण में भी अनेक चीजों में सहायक का काम करते हैं। जैसे पक्षि फलों को खाकर बीजों को गिरा देते है जिससे नये पौधे पनपते है। कुछ पक्षी पर्यावरण को साफ रखने का काम करते है। जैसे हमारे द्वारा फैकी रोटी का टुकड़ा खाकर उसे स्वच्छ बनाये रखने का प्रयास करते है।

6. क्या आपको लगता है कि मानव की वर्तमान जीवन-शैली और शहरीकरण से जुड़ी योजनाएँ पक्षियों के लिए घातक हैं? पक्षियों से रहित वातावरण में अनेक समस्याएँ उत्पन्न हो सकती हैं। इन समस्याओं से बचने के लिए हमें क्या करना चाहिए? उक्त विषय पर वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन कीजिए।

उत्तर: मानव की वर्तमान जीवन शैली ओर शहरीकरण के लिए मानव अपने रहने के लिए इमारतें बनाने के लिए पेड़ काट रहा है जिससे जंगल कम होते जा रहे है जो कि पक्षियों के लिए घातक है क्योंकि पक्षियों के घर इन पेड़ों पर ही होते है। पेड़ों के कम होने से हमारा पर्यावरण और पानी भी प्रदूषित हो रहा है, पक्षियों को खाने के लिए फल भी कम मिल रहे है जो पक्षियों के लिए घातक है।

इन समस्या से बचने के लिए हमें अपना पर्यावरण शुद्ध रखना होगा और ज्यादा से ज्यादा पेड़ लगाने होगें जिससे पक्षियों को कोई नुकसान न हो।

7. यदि आपके घर के किसी स्थान पर किसी पक्षी ने अपना आवास बनाया है और किसी कारणवश आपको अपना घर बदलना पड़ रहा है तो आप उस पक्षी के लिए किस तरह के प्रबंध करना आवश्यक समझेंगे? लिखिए।

उत्तर:  यदि मुझे किसी कारणवश अपना घर बदलना पड़ रहा है तो मैं उस पक्षी के लिए कनक, चावल, मक्की, ज्वार, बाजरा आदि अनाज और साथ में पानी की कटोरी का इंतजाम करुँगी। इसके साथ - साथ सुरक्षा का प्रबंध करना आवश्यक समझूंगी ताकि उसे मेरी गैरमौजूदगी में उसे कोई परेशानी ना महसूस हो।

8. स्वर्ण-श्रृंखला और लाल किरण-सी में रेखांकित शब्द गुणवाचक विशेषण हैं। कविता से हूँढ़कर इस प्रकार के तीन और उदाहरण लिखिए।
